These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the networking application ("App") provided by JustConnect ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria. 1.2 Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1.3 User Account: In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 1.4 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

a) Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

b) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

c) Post, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

d) Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the App or the servers and networks connected to it.

e) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2.1 Ownership: The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the App.

2.2 User Content: By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform any content you post or share through the App.

3.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App or any content provided through it.

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Dutch court system. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court system.

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
